Today, a delegation composed of twenty- three students from the National Defence College (NDC) of India visited the Rwanda Peace Academy (RPA). The delegation was led by Brig Gen Rajneesh Mohan, the Secretary of the National Defence College in New Delhi.

The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the roles, functions as well as the programmes and activities of the RPA.The delegation was received by Colonel (Rtd) Jill Rutaremara, the Director of the Rwanda Peace Academy who briefed them on the rationale for the establishment of the RPA, the mission and objectives of the Academy as well as its programmes and activities.
