The International Human Rights Law (IHRL) in Peace Support Operations (PSO) Course that was conducted at the Rwanda Peace Academy (RPA) in Musanze from 3 November ended today, Friday 7 November 2025. A total of twenty-seven (27) officers from the Rwanda Defence Force, Rwanda National Police, Rwanda Correctional Service, and civilian officers from various institutions in Rwanda attended the course.

The one-week course was organized in partnership between the Rwanda Peace Academy and the United Nations Human Rights Office in Rwanda.
